much of a change, but that will mean that it's not really a 200 mm lens when
focused close with the 2x converter.
That's not a bother, for me, since I'm not concerned with getting the ratios
documented dead nuts. In my case I'm not scientifically illustrating, just
illustrating.

Again, not a problem. See above. For most folk, a micro/macro lens obviates
the need for extension tubes/bellows.
Still looking for the comparitive optical goodness of ELPRO vs. 2x APO
Extender. Anybody?
