Your M4 with serial no. 1225xxx is a M4 lack (which means it is a paint
model). The log of cameras from 1225001 to 1225800 are all paint models which
are constructed in 1969.

Michael..I am not sure I understand your response to the difference between
black paint and black enamel but I have an M-4 1st 4 digits are
1225...what does your list say that one is? Thanks. Nowell
