From a 1938 Leitz NY price list reproduced in Lager's "Leica 
Literature":

"51806/RIFUN Carrying case for the Leica Gun with either the Telyt 200
mm lens or Hektor 135 mm lens in short focusing mount (When ordering
specify which lens is on the Leica Gun)" 

"5180a/NUFIR  Carrying Case for the Leica Gun wth the Telyt 400 mm
lens"

Back then each had a list price of $12.00
