Well, the Russian Soviet Federate Socialistic Republic was established soon
after the October Revolution in 1917. Several other Soviet Republics was
established between 1918 and 1922. But you are right, the Union of the
Soviet Socialistic Republics (USSR) was not established before 1922, on
December 30, if I remember well...

Let us just say that Yul Brynner was born in Vladivostok.
