Leica made a case for the eyes. I've seen them at swap meets in both black
and brown leather. They also made a case, commonly referred to as the "half
moon" case that would accommodate the lens and the eyes. This case also
worked for 35mm "eyed" lenes.

Some of the combination cases for M series also have little compartments
for the DR eyes.

BTW-This is areally nice lens with Kodachrome, IMHO.
