#1) Have a repairman do the conversion.  Possible, but expensive.

#2) Mount the Viso lenshead somehow on a Nikon Bellows, use the bellows
to focus

#3) Keep an older R body just for the Viso Lenses.  R3's are cheaper
than the cost of #1 above.
