It is the 2.8/90 Tele-Elmarit with the 39mm diameter front lens. I used it
without any filter. (I am one of the guys who don't like the dust collection
between filter and front lens). 
In all other aspects it is a superb lens. I used it even with limited focusing
range on my Visoflex for macro work with stunning results.
