On the subject of Leica serial numbers, if (purely hypothetically, of
course, *especially* if my bank manager's looking) I was harbouring a plot
to buy two M6HM bodies, what are the chances of persuading a dealer to get
me two with consecutive serial numbers?

Not that it matters, I just thought it would be fun.
