Leica sends handbooks out? I bought my M6 around 8 months ago and have yet to 
receive a thing from Leica. My cards were sent in by CWO (to formalize the 
rebate?), I assume, because the camera came without them. All of this talk of Passport 
cards and handbooks has me wondering if something is wrong. Am I missing 
something here? To the people who've bought M6's in the US under the current 
warranty, did you get 'cards' in your box?
