The 28 Hector was made from 1935-1955. About 9700 total production. It was
superseded by the 28 Summaron which was made from 55-63. (about 6200 total)
Stopped down to f8 the Hector is a nice lens. Also very light and compact.
Be prepared to pay BIG BUCKS for the proper shade.
