Welcome back, Tom. I still remember your x-mas tree  :) 
There was an address from one of our Japanese friends
in the beginning of the year. One dealer had bought 
several Hologons, and offered them on a fixed  price.
The comments were kind on his skills. Maybe, you look 
into the digests ? If I remember correct, the adaption 
was as expensive as the lens, and somewehre near USD 
5.000 or USD 7.000 in total. An M with a 16 mm Hologon - 
that's truelly a "small M system"   :)
