Subject: [Leica] Help with Lens Shade

I have a 50 Summicron #2533xxx (black, Wetzlar) and would like to know:

  1.  Year of manufacture

  2.  What is the proper hood?  I hope there's a rectangular hood for
      it because I think rectangular hoods are more efficient.
