This is one of those photo's that lifts me up and magically transports me right to the moment. It evokes more senses in me than just visual. I can sense the temperature, the emotions, and maybe even background noises. It seems that there might be conversation going on besides that which is between the doctor and the patient, perhaps that of a family out of view, maybe a baby crying. I hear the doctor asking the guy, "Okay, does this hurt?" and I see a response coming back like, "Aaaahh, yes, my pain is there!" I suspect you may have been talking with the doctor or the Honduran guy, and it was no big deal at all to them that you lifted your camera up to take a photograph. This photograph makes me wish I had gone with you to visit that location and experience life there for a day. You were not intrusive at all; I believe you had their trust. Your touched them as nicely as this image touches me. Other adjectives that I can think of: sensitive, respectful, emotional, honest, timely, interesting. So this is the Noctilux, eh?
