For instance, to turn the flash off, you have to press a tiny button 7 times while cycling through the various flash modes. To set exposure compensation, you depress an equally tiny button for 3 seconds and then press it repeatedly until you arrive at the desired amount. In addition, there are other small annoyanced: no shutter speeds in the viewfinder, the flash setting is not saved when you turn off the camera etc. I concluded that the Minilux is great if the 40mm focal length is right for you and if you take most of your pictures in the auto-everything mode. But for me, the 28mm lens of the Ricoh GR1 is better, and the ergonomics of that camera are far superior.
