Somewhere far from Erwin's test reports, awaited and received here like the 10 commandments and which beg the conclusion that ignorance and/or poverty are the only logical reasons for anyone not owning only the latest Leica lenses; and Eric's (and perhaps one or two others') deification of the Leica Reflex System which clearly suggest the incompetence of anyone who doesn't acknolwedge the clear superiority of Leica glass over all others', lies the world where photography is meant to immortalise the photographer rather than his equipment, and where people may enjoy their Leica regardless of its age, and not necessarily to the exclusion of other marques or formats, without feeling shamed or condescended.
