If you have access to a groundglass/viewcamera you can easily check it. Unless it has a shutter built in, you will have to cap the front lens for exposures. The old Speed Graphic with the 6x9 roll film back would probably be your best bet. I adapted a 6" 2,8 ELCAN to one of these and it worked fine. Drilled a hole in the aperture ring and stuck a piece of a wire coat hanger in it-this way you could turn the ring for correct aperture — not very elegant, but it worked. Lens was quite good and I later traded the whole thing for some other 'toy." Tom A
