Subject: [Leica] Focusing Helix

I need a focusing helix that accepts LTM (39mm) threaded lenses and has the
same camera mount.  Sort of a lens without optics, and with 39MM front
threads.  Or another way to put it is a LTM variable extension tube.

Is this a Leica standard product?  Name please?

I do not ned for it to be Leitz made.
