I once emailed Leica about a repair for an M3. Took them 2 months to get back
to me. They seemed to have the attitude of:
Customers? We doan need no steenkin Customers!!!!
Amazingly, the got their wish, at least with me. By then, Ken Ruth, of
Photography on Bald Mtn, was working on the camera.
