But then I went on holiday in Israel and used it quite extensively there. Images such as this one convinced me to keep the lens: http://users.swing.be/nwajsman/Rocks_velvia27.jpg These are rocks in the Dead Sea, coated with salt. The colours and sharpness in the original slide are fantastic, despite the fact that I was handholding the M6 at 1/125. Another image from the trip that I really like is this one from near the Massada fortress in the desert: http://users.swing.be/nwajsman/Massada_landscape_velvia_30.jpg This one was taken with the M6 and 50mm Summicron.
