Dear LUGGERs,

Unfortunately, I'll be cancelling my LHSA Chicago for a London business
trip for almost 3 weeks starting 22 Oct.  My weekends and certain days will
be free to do some sightseeing and photography.  I have already contact
Simon and would be glad to meet any other fellow LUGGERs from 27th Oct.
