The two are the exact same lens except for the trim ring and the front cap. For someone to pay more for the Voigtlander name is pretty foolish. The name doesn't matter. I will concede another poster's point though: The camera and lenses probably would not have take off so well under the Cosina name. It seems like smart marketing to me.
