What's more, Tamarkin is just down the hall from the Leica Gallery in the same building. Art Peterson Alexandria, Virginia -----Original Message----- From: Robert D. I'm inching toward reacquaintance with (and re-acquisition of component parts of) the M series after a 15 or so year interval (my new-in-1959 M-3 and later acquired M-4-P are long gone, although I still have a CL and an AF-C1). I'm going to have a free afternoon in New York City in a couple of weeks and would like to spend some of it looking at a good selection of new and used bodies and lenses in a friendly atmosphere. The two shops that stick out from current Shutterbug advertising and web sites are Tamarkin and Ken Hansen....I'd appreciate any comments, thoughts and/or suggestions about these or others that would be worth a visit. (If you want to send comments to me off-list to avoid offending anyone I'll certainly keep your remarks to myself.) TIA, --Bob Baron / Oklahoma City (nary a franchised dealer in the state)
