It should be free. The copies of the "Handbook of the Leica System" that I have (1966-1995) do not list the weight and measurements of the older lenses. The book: "Identifying Leica Lenses" by Ghester Sartorius (ISBN 0-8174-4027-5) again only lists the weights but has photos so that judging the relative size is easy.
