Alastair,

Would the orgasm come solely from the projected image off the slide (either
by way of a projector or a loupe)?  I ask because I am only interested in
prints.  If prints derived from kodachrome (or other slide film) are of a
noticeably higher quality than those from negatives, I'll consider 'chromes
as well (despite the higher costs).
