As an example, here are the factors I use for different films (at 24 deg C): Delta 100: 1.24 Delta 400: 1.06 HP5: 0.99 Tmax 100: 1.74 (this is consistent with your discovers) Tmax 400: 1.83 (!) Tri-X: 1.01 (well, on lazy days, I round it to 1 ;-) ) Anyway, I find Delta sharper and having a better tonality than Tmax.
