The plastic take-up spool's not a problem unless it's broken, likewise the mark on the 35mm lens shouldn't be a problem, although a mark on the optics should have been mentioned in the description of the lens. Updates that I know of are the ridged meter cell (at the bottom of the mirror chamber), the metal lens release button, and the additional meter-on detent of the film advance lever just a few degrees away from the camera body. Don't get obsessive about dust specs in the viewfinder or the latest updates. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
