I am not Ken, but...

My two children were born in Tampa, FL (1989) and Princeton, NJ (1994)
respectively. At neither hospital were there any restrictions on still
photography, including the use of flash. However, at the Tampa hospital the
use of video camcorders was prohibited. Presumably out of fear that the tape
might be used in a lawsuit if something went wrong.
