Since the Hexar RF has a 0.6x finder, it easily provides 24mm coverage, hence eliminating the absolute need for an external 24mm finder. Following Tom A's advice, I put a piece of black tape over the frameline illumination window, resulting in the disappearance of all framelines, leaving an uncluttered view. In this regard, the Hexar RF is probably the most ideal camera for 24mm use. Joseph Y.
