Subject: [Leica] Noctilux Made in Canada

I am considering picking up a Noctilux froma local dealer today but I
noticed on the casing (not the box) that it says Made in Canada.  I know
that production in Canada ceased afew years ago.  I am being told that this
is a brand new, latest model.  Do any of you Noctilux owners have any
knowledge on this?  Does your lens say Made in Canada?
