On 06/20 I received a letter dated 06/15 agreeing the work needed and stating that the priority was 8-10 weeks (no one asked me what the priority was so they must have presumed 'low' as I wasn't shouting). The scheduled date on the Work ticket is 08/21. The cost will be 332.50USD. I would have liked it quicker and cheaper but if the work is done well and the camera works as it has for another 15 years then I will not complain. - -- David Prakel dprakel@rochester.rr.com
