Further to John's quote from the order form itself, here is a quote from page 3 of the brochure which came along with the order form: "Leica has agreed to produce 300 cameras in the first batch, with the balance of the order to be filled after the close of the subscription period. LEICA HAS INFORMED US THAT IT MAY TAKE UP TO SIX MONTHS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD TO FILL THESE ORDERS." (my highlighting). So, the subscription period ended 30 June and now LHSA officially has told you that it may take up to 30 December to fill orders beyond the initial 300.
