Thanks to those who offered advice on price and lens compatibility. I have 
the CL in hand, and am headed to the Blue Ridge Mountain town of Asheville, 
NC this weekend for Bele Chere, an annual downtown festival. It attracts 
thousands of holdover hippies, hillbillies, and "beautiful people," plus a 
bunch of us ordinary folk, for music, food, and foolery. It always makes for 
an interesting day with a camera.

I'll give the CL a workout.
