I would think the solution to your problem is obvious. Get a Fuji 680, gut
the insides and put your Leica in that. Should be an easy fit. My 4x5 could
almost fit. Also, any lens that Leica makes could fit.

Then you would have a properly impressive camera. If you need to be even
more impressive, you could add a motor drive, powered by a small Honda
lawnmower engine. Probably not a good idea to actually hook it up to the M6
drive cog.

It would also give Hollywood a new sound to provide our hero with when he
shoots and winds his M6 instead of the usual click-kerchunk-whirr..
recorded initially from an old Nikon F2 with MD-2.
