Just a short note to say that yesterday Adrian Bradshaw, Dr. Joseph
Yao and Peter Choy came into town. We were all at Tom & Tuulikki A's
for a while and today had a great afternoon walking around Granville
Market, driving around the city and Stanley Park, eating, etc and
looking through the bins of camera bits at Leo's, where Adrian
succumbed to a number of things and Joseph also found something. It
was gloriously sunny and warm, and Adrian, Peter, Joseph and I found
that we all happened to be using Hexar's today. Lenses were often
Leica, but Tom lent Adrian his 43mm/1.9 Pentax in thread mount, and
Adrian also had Tom's 28/1.9 along. The 12 found some use as well.
Tomorrow we'll have a pot luck with about 16 people, including a
number of additional Leica Users. Scotch will be added as required.
More to report later.
