[Leica] visoflex and bellow questions from new member...

dear all,

newbie here with recent bought Leica M4 and some
questions....

1. does anyone have a rule-of-thumb regarding metering
with a hand-held meter with Visoflex? (how much do i
have to add to compensate the Visoflex?)

2. add the bellow into question 1. i see on the side
there are white and red numbers. i suppose one of them
dealing with ratio and the other exposure compensation
factor?

would appreciate any help from veteran Leica users.
(my MM4 is a bit older than i am.)
