I think that you have limited your choices unfairly.  If you look around for
a Canon LTM at 85 in either the F2.0 or F1.8 flavors you can get a very nice
lens in the low $100's.  In clean condition this is a very good lens.
Stopped down one stop an outstanding lens.  The Nikon 105 in LTM is also in
your stated price range and is outstanding especially by F4.0.  KEH has
several 100 F3.5 Canon LTM lenses in the high 100 range and by reputation
this is also an outstanding lens.

If you want to stay in the listed lenses then look for the 90 Elmarit.  If
2.8 doesn't limit you then that is your best choice in optical and build
quality.  Shop wisely, with the advent of the 90 AA you can pick these up
NIB near $500 if you are somewhat patient and willing to search the internet
fairly regularly.

I would stay away from the older glass as flare can be a problem and at F4
they are only fair in optical qualities.
