Easy.

Film across and through the take-up spool fork.

Push film up, through open back door, until it is straight across the film 
sprocket.

Put on base, the tulip on the base will push the film into final alignment.

Wind the film twice.

Take up the slack via the rewind crank.

Wind once more and make sure the rewind crank rotates while winding.

Done.
