Darrell - I have had nothing but excellent service from Dell. Right after I got mine, I had problems, but I also had signed up for the one day in home service. Sure enough, when I called someone showed up that day and fixed my problems. Then the CD shelf jumped up and hit my knee and broke. It was still in warranty so I called and someone was there that day with a replacement. Dell gives you a service number and you don't have to wait hours for a service representative on the phone. I won't get into the PC vs Mac argument, but I've never regretted going with PC's.
