They do allow a few advertisers to use color in their equipment ads. Oh, and some of the images in the magazine are sepia! It's mainly glamour/fashion photography, published in Sydney. I see it whenever I'm in Oz, but sometimes you can see it Stateside in Borders or Barnes & Noble.
