I got the 21-24-28 finder when I got my 24mm f/2.8 asph.  I did notice that
the multi finder is angled so that it is exactly lined up over the lens
whereas the 24m finder is offset.  I don't know whether the single finder is
designed to compensate for the offset.

I don't use glasses with the finder so I cannot comment but I do have to
have my eye firmly pressed against the multi finder to see all round the
edges - a brightline frame would have been nice.  I suspect you may have
difficulties using the multi finder if you wear glasses.
