I lost well over half the vision in my left eye before it was diagnosed. I have four brothers and sisters. That makes seven people in my birth family. This amounts to fourteen eyeballs. Between us you couldn't get enough decent parts to make one eye ball which works reasonably well. I take a back seat to no one when it comes to the lousy eye sight olympics. Having said that, I have an R8. Great view finder. I have no problem with it. In fact, I love it. It's bright, sharp, and I can see the entire frame without having to move my eyes.
