FInally got it resolved today by getting Palm to take this unit back and give us full credit on another model. What I wanted to say is that this company has by far the best Customer Service I have run into in a while. They have sepent long hours with me, sent me spare cords and connectors, and now replaced an out of warranty unit with a better model. Full cheers for good customer service.
