He said the current (then future) OS X would run on anything. He ran it on Sun Microsystems Sparc chips as well as the Intel type. IBM is also working on the G4's. I don't think apple is too concerned. Leica could offer lenses for everyone and still be independent. There solid cameras have that BMW appeal just like Apple.
