So it's Phong, not Fong. The Chinese, who taught themselves the Latin alphabet, has Fong. So now you know to tell some Vietnamese restaurants from Chinese. A while back, there was a Vietnamese character in Doonesbury, and his name was Phred. Looking forward to see you in Filadelfia. See how weird it looks ?
