I'm hoping someone knows the answer and can shed light for me. I'm using Photoshop 7 in Windows XP When I open the Browser window, the title bar is burried beneath my menu bar and I can't get the browser window to move down or come forward. I can only see the bottom 1/2 and while I can stretch it, I can't get to it's title bar. HELP. Can someone direct me on how to do this? Resetting palettes doesn't work, minimizing and maximizing doesn't work. Closing and restarting doesn't work. Any other ideas? I'm about to go nutty.
