Hello;

I am interested in adapting my Telyt400/6.8 to a different make camera body. 
My Camera body died and I would like to use the lens on my wife's camera. I
already have the Telyt lens,  but I would like to purchase the Viso tube which
threads to the lens head.  I believe the 
Leica model number is 11905. I only need the Tube.
