RE: [Leica] Reflex vs. RF

Started with Leica, and then bounced back and forth between RFs and SLRs
- - Now use both...Wouldn't think of giving up the F100 - or the digital
equivalent. I find autofocus, and the flash and metering capabilities
invaluable. But by the same token, I find the Ms invaluable as well -
and when I eventually make the switch to digital, the thing I will miss
most won't be film - it will be the M.... ;-)

That sounds just like my story.  I wonder how many of us followed that
exact path to Leicadom.  Nikons are great - but my F100 just got too
automated for me - I'm suprised it couldn't do my taxes ;-].  Great
camera, I just missed the ritual about it all.  Wish I still had my FM2
- - but that turned into my Tri-Elmar via trade.  Anyway, I'm having a
ball with this stuff too.
