As sure as I was arrested (briefly) in Kuwait for taking pictures of 6 trains on trucks going to Iraq in 1986, you have to know that in this country YOU ARE NOT FREE to photograph anything that the government doesn't want you to. The government means any particular officer. This is exactly why Europeans (or cheese eating monkey cowards as White house aides described them recently) are hostile to America's attempts to export "Freedom". Of course, it's much more popular in Eastern Europe, but hell, they're just glad for a reliable source of toilet paper.
