I did shoot some images where I had turned to the left so that the road was not visible, but when I looked at them on the screen, they looked too static. I decided that I liked the road disappearing into the fog, and the fact that there are no cars on it (except mine, but it is behind me ;-)) just adds to the solitary feeling of the picture. That was my idea, anyway, but obviously it is a matter of taste. As for photoshopping it out, you are right, I do not do such things on this scale. Although...I must confess to removing a little bit of a branch that intruded into the frame in one of the other pictures. Nathan Don Dory wrote: > Nathan, a very fine group of landscapes.
