Subject: Re: [Leica] If anyone has any suggestions, I would be veryinterested. I know people do use this scanner in OS-X, so it can be done.I'm wondering if I need to install VueScan.

I know this was meant tongue-in-cheek, at least I hope so. The $40 spent on
Vuescan is the best $40 I have ever spent on computer software. Not just because
it provides me with far superior scanning software to that included with my
Epson 2450 and Nikon LS-2000 scanners, but also because of the level of support
you get--unlimited updates, e-mails answered by Ed Hamrick himself etc. I think
it is amazing that in this day and age of Microsoft dominance a guy like Ed can
survive, now for several years, and he thoroughly deserves our support.
